We are excited to be joining our friends at Rhode Island Power Yoga AGAIN for their annual Detox & Flow (D&F) program and we invite YOU to join us! WE KICK OFF MAY 4th!!!
D&F is a 21-day information-packed program that combines steamy yoga classes and mindfulness practices (as practiced at RI and WI Power Yoga) with the clean, hypoallergenic diet and all-natural supplement plan designed by RI-based Naturopathic Doctor Erica LePore. This program has helped hundreds of hot yoga students (including ourselves!) make significant changes to their health and well-being. The results are incredible.
How it will work for WPY students: Join RI’s D&F program as a REMOTE participant and practice yoga at WPY! For program supplies and guidance, the cost is $130 (OPTION 2). Please reach out to Renee at info@rhodeislandpoweryoga.com for more information or if you have any questions!
As a remote D&F participant, you will:
📃 receive all the information you need to get started from RI’s program leaders.
📱Be invited to join the D&F 2025 FaceBook page where interaction with program leaders and other participants will be offered daily during the 21-day program duration.
👩⚕️ Have access to Erica, ND who makes herself available to the group and one-on-one for the 21-day program duration.
🧘🏻♂️ Have the option of purchasing ONE month unlimited yoga classes at WPY for only $100 (normally $125 for the non auto-pay option)! If you already have an unlimited membership, your WPY option will be only $45!

WORKSHOP | Yoga Nidra with Sound Bowls
What to Expect:
This practice is done by lying down in savasana in a non-heated room. The Wisconsin Power Yoga team will guide you through a brief synchronized vinyasa flow prior to prepare you to be guided through the process of Yoga Nidra or “effortless relaxation” with Jordran McCormick.
For the final portion of this workshop, Jordan will gently introduce Tibetan sound bowls, an ocean wave drum and chimes to enhance your present-moment awareness.

WORKSHOP | Pose Variations
This workshop we will go into how you can deepen your practice through breath awareness and body awareness.
Expect a 30 minute mini power yoga flow to warm up. We will practice the alignment of 4-6 postures along with variations to both decrease and increase the challenges of that pose. We will finish with stretching poses and a meditation.
Learn how to respond with your poses to either lessen sensation or create more of a challenge in your practice.
