LOCATION

Located in the first level of The Mart at 164 E Washington Street, Burlington, WI 53105. The Mart is a part of the Burlington Historical District and we take pride in being involved in our community’s past, present and future.

OUR HOT YOGA STUDIO SPACE

Our clean, spacious, beautifully renovated studio has a state of the art HVAC system that is designed specifically for our hot yoga studio, heating, humidifying, and constantly filtering VOC’s, odors, dust, and allergens from the air.

CLASS INFO

  • Doors open 20 minutes prior to class start.

    If you are new to WPY, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out our new student waiver. You must have a guardian present in class if you are 15 years old or younger. All students younger than 18 years old will require a guardian signature.

  • Please arrive no later than 5 MIN BEFORE your class start time. All classes will begin exactly on the scheduled time!

    If you do not arrive by the very start of the class we will allow someone who is standing by take your place. We do not allow late entry into any classes.

  • We do not have a cancellation or no-show policy at this time. We understand that life happens and plans change. If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel your spot. You can always email or call us with questions or concerns regarding this as well.

    The class you purchased will go back into your account for you to use for your next class.

  • Once class packages are activated we do not offer refunds or extensions.

  • We do a simple month to month membership. If you would like to cancel the auto renew membership, it is up to the customer to cancel it before the next auto-renew date. We do not offer holds or pauses to monthly memberships. Instead we ask that you cancel prior to your auto-renew date and resign up when you are ready to attend class again.

At Wisconsin Power Yoga, we are dedicated to providing consistent yoga classes that empower our students to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Although we teach a variety of yoga styles, we make every class achievable for all levels.

With an emphasis on meditation, pranayama (aka Breath), and yogic philosophy, we strive to provide a well-rounded yoga classes that follow the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

Molly attended her first yoga class at the age of 19 and has been a practicing student ever since. After meeting Aimee and attending her classes. Molly saw an opportunity to bring yoga and mindfulness into their community by opening a yoga studio in her hometown.

Aimee Bielinski

Aimee has been practicing yoga since the age of 20. The heated power vinyasa style resonated with Aimee and it helped her to add both mindfulness and a physical workout into her life. Both Molly and Aimee felt that the Burlington community and surrounding areas could benefit from a new approach to mindfulness and yoga.

Stephanie Bartz

Stephanie began practicing yoga in 2005 and has dabbled in different styles of yoga until being introduced to Wisconsin Power Yoga in 2021. Coming to the studio started to feel like home - a safe space to practice a mindful approach to physical exercise. WPY is a beautiful community that welcomes every body.

Samantha Endemann

Sam has been practicing yoga for several years but was introduced to Wisconsin Power Yoga’s mindfulness-based yoga practice in 2019 by Aimee. She quickly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits and has been practicing this style ever since.

TRAINING

Every WPY Teacher has completed their 200 hours of training with Live Love Teach, a national yoga teacher training school based in Jamestown, Rhode Island. LLT has been instructing teachers in Synchronized Vinyasa for nearly 20 years and maintains a five-star rating through Yoga Alliance.  LLT’s cofounders, Philip Urso and Renee Deslauriers, base their teacher trainings around their belief that yoga is a widely-available, low-cost, pharmaceutical-free, and reliable option to developing resilience against anxiety. They are continually identifying the best yoga class practices that have evidence-based therapeutic value, so that you as our students, will receive all the benefits of a mindfulness-based yoga practice.
